We are all in a very exceptional situation right now because of the COVID-19 epidemic.
In this context and following the decisions announced by the government, the campsite will open its doors on June 12.
We have implemented a certain number of points to best guarantee your safety and ours.

1 / Reception (reception, info point):
Installation of a circuit with input and output
Outdoor queue with respect for distancing
Hydroalcoholic gel available
Installation of plexiglass panel at the counter

2 / The swimming pool:
The pond water is chlorinated, disinfected and disinfectant. The virus cannot survive in water, so you can enjoy the pool with peace of mind.
Hydroalcoholic gel will be made available at the entrance.

The restaurant will be opened in accordance with the restaurant’s own protocol.

5 / The sanitary facilities:
Each accommodation being equipped with at least one bathroom and WC.
The collective sanitary blocks will be open this year. However, every second cabin will be closed. We also ask to respect one person per cabin as well as the recommendations of the government.
Hydroalcoholic gel will be available at each entrance door.
The sanitary facilities in the swimming pool and restaurant remain open with soap available and will be cleaned regularly.
These sanitary measures will evolve as the season progresses. The government must take stock of the situation every 3 weeks (June 22, July 13 …) and adapt the measures according to the recommendations of the scientific community which now seems optimistic.

Exceptional measures have been put in place by the government to maintain the economic, financial and social stability of the country and in particular that of the tourism sector, by specifically authorizing tourism professionals to issue a credit for stays canceled due to this health crisis.
All cancellations of stay will be subject to a credit. We will send you by email this credit corresponding to the sums already paid for your stay. This credit will be valid for 18 months from the date of issue and to be used for a next stay to be carried out by the end of the 2021 season.
For all reservations already made or for a future stay:
• All reservations made for a stay before June 12 are canceled:
Your file is being canceled and you will soon receive a credit in an amount equivalent to all of the payments made, including the down payments (order No. 2020-315 of March 25, 2020). This credit, valid for 18 months from the date of issue, will make it possible to plan a new stay.
• You have a planned stay between June 12 and September 15, 2020:
We hope to welcome you as planned. If you wish, you can benefit from a deferral at no cost. In case of cancellation you will receive a credit corresponding to the sums already paid, valid for 18 months from its issue.

– What are the general and specific conditions of this credit? And how to use it?
With this credit, you will be able to book a new stay under the following conditions:
• The credit is valid for a period of 18 months from the date of issue, for a stay to be carried out by the end of the 2021 season.
• The new reservation is valid subject to availability.
• If the price of the new reservation is higher, the customer will have to pay the price difference.
• If the price of the new reservation is lower, the price difference remains available on your credit valid only on a new reservation (with validity of 18 months from the date of issue of your initial credit).
• For any request for cancellation after 15/09/2020 of the new booked stay, the general conditions of sale apply.
• Please note that all of the remaining terms and conditions apply to the reservation.
• The credit cannot be expired
